Swimming Pool
Pool hours vary by property: please contact the front desk for this information.
Non-registered visitors
For the safety of our guests, no visitors beyond the room occupancy limits are allowed on the property.
Children
For the safety of your children, those under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult throughout the property. Children under 12 may not be left alone in any room without adult supervision and must be accompanied by an adult at all times while at the pool or spa. There is no lifeguard on duty; swim at your own risk.
Room Keys
Room keys and/or access codes are provided to registered guests. Room keys will not be issued to anyone under 18 years of age. Identification is required if you have lost your key and need a duplicate.
Personal Property
Do not leave important personal belongings or valuables unsecured in your room. Arte Hospitality Group is not responsible for any items left in or removed from the room.
ADA/Accessible Rooms
The Park Central Hotel has ADA-compliant rooms available. These rooms must be reserved in advance; please contact the hotel directly at 305.685.2000.
Right to Refuse Service
Arte Hospitality Group is privately owned and operated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, except when such refusal is prohibited by federal or state law. Therefore, Arte Hospitality Group has established a list of rules and policies to describe what behavior(s) constitute grounds for refusal of service or eviction from the property without a refund, in accordance with reasonable standards, policies, regulations, laws, and ordinances established by the federal government, the State of Florida, and the City of Miami Beach, as well as our own internal policies. The company enforces these rules with a strict "zero tolerance" policy. Arte Hospitality Group will refuse service or evict a guest who: refuses or fails to pay for accommodations; is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other intoxicating substance; acts in a disorderly manner; disturbs the peace of other guests; is aggressive toward company employees or representatives; fails to comply with state liquor, drug, or narcotics laws; is unwilling or unable to adequately supervise their children at all times; attempts to use the property for an illegal purpose; attempts to bring any firearms, explosives, or hazardous or toxic substances onto the property; destroys or damages property; exceeds the maximum permitted occupancy; or refuses to comply with reasonable hospitality industry standards. All units have strict no-firearm policies.
Quiet Hours:
From 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM. If you encounter any disruptive guests, please contact the front desk immediately. The volume of televisions and voices must be kept respectful. Running or congregating in the hallways is not permitted.
Do Not Disturb and Room Access
To provide a clean and safe experience, we offer daily housekeeping service. Management reserves the right to enter the room for reasonable reasons such as emergencies, maintenance, or security. In case of suspected illegal activity, the police may be called. The right to privacy ends when a hotel policy is violated.
Housekeeping/Room Inspection
Service is performed from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Smoking or bringing in prohibited items will result in a fine and eviction without a refund.
Lost and Found Policy
Arte Hospitality Group is not responsible for lost or damaged items. Found items will be kept for up to 14 days, excluding perishables.
In Case of Emergency or Fire
Notify the front desk and use the stairs to evacuate.
Fire Safety Policy
The hotel is equipped with smoke detectors and evacuation plans. Please review the information in your room.
Indemnification and Waiver of Liability
Guests use the facilities at their own risk. Arte Hospitality Group will not be liable for any injuries, damages, or allergic reactions resulting from the use of the property.
No Parties in Rooms
Parties and loud noises are prohibited. Non-compliance will result in eviction without a refund.
Free Wi-Fi Access
Wi-Fi is free for registered guests, subject to availability and technical conditions.
Compliance with the Law
Guests who do not comply with the rules will be evicted and additional charges will apply.

Damage and/or Theft of Hotel Property
The guest is responsible for any damage and authorizes charges to their card if applicable.
Damage discovered after check-out
Rooms left in poor condition will be subject to additional charges.
Damage to the room
Damages will be charged at 120% of the replacement value.
Damage to mattresses and bedding
Damages will incur cleaning or replacement charges.
Tampering with or damaging fire systems
Tampering with equipment will result in charges, eviction, and possible legal action.
Changes to hotel policies
Policies may be modified without prior notice and are part of the reservation agreement.
Emergency Situations
Staff is trained to take action and will notify the appropriate authorities.
